Features and Advantages
1. The chemical stability is good, and the emulsion has good stability in high shear and wide PH range (PH:3-12).
2. Low yellowing, especially for white/light color fabrics, with hydrophilicity.
3. Can give the fabric soft, plump, silky feel effect.
4. The impregnation process can be processed in overflow cylinder under normal temperature without silicone oil spots.
5. Dip-rolling process, no roll sticking, no silicon spots, easy to repair.
6. It has excellent compatibility. In the post-finishing of continuous dyeing, artificial cotton, cotton and linen can be used together with a small amount of paint, fixing agent and whitening agent for liquid cotton. It can also be used in the same bath with organic fluorine detergent.
Application
1.It is suitable for soft finishing of cotton, rayon and their blended knitted fabrics.
2. It is suitable for soft finishing of various kinds of cotton, linen, T/R, cotton/nylon woven
fabrics, especially for soft and fluffy finishing of home textile fabrics with reactive printing.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Usage
Emulsifiers are needed before use and are provided during the production of emulsifying process.
Storage
100KG Plastic Drum or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
