Features and Advantages

Application
It is suitable for soft finishing of all kinds of fabrics, especially in mercerized cotton knits, wool, wool blending knits and worsted wool woven, with smooth, soft and bouncy handle.
It is also suitable for fiber and thread lubrication. It can also improve hand feed for PU leather and natural leather.
Usage
WF-8209 is a ready-to-use silicone emulsion with high-solids content. It is suggested to dilute before using.
1. Impregnation method:
Dosage: 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f), impregnated at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes, and then dehydrated and drying at 100-120℃ or setting.
2. Dip-rolling method:
Dosage: 10-30g/L, one-dip-one-rolling (or two-dip-two-rolling) and then drying or setting.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
120KG Plastic Drum or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
