Features and Advantages
1. It has excellent stability of alkali resistance and in 180g/L NaOH aqueous solution.
2. It has excellent permeability of alkali resistance, ensures liquid carrying rate of cotton fabrics during continuous pretreatment and improves scouring effect.
3. It can be used according to 1/4 of the conventional dosage or 1/4 of the conventional dosage.
Application
It is suitable for continuous dyeing pretreatment of cotton and its blended fabrics, especially for cold rolling process.
Usage
1. Continuous desizing and steaming process:
WF-4005N: 2-4g/L, NaOH: 40-60g/L
Temperature: 98-102℃, Steaming time: 60-90 minutes
2. Cold pad-batch pretreatment process:
WF-4005N: 2-6g/L, NaOH: 40-70g/L, H2O2 (50%): 20-30g/L
Stack at 35℃ for 16-24 hours, then steam, wash with alkali, and wash with hot water.
If the temperature is too low, it will freeze. It needs to be used at room temperature after thawing.
Storage
120KG Plastic Drums or other packing on request.
