Features and Advantages
1. This product has low achromaticity and good dyeing reproducibility. It is convenient to solve and can be directly cooled and hydrated.
2. This product has strong dyeing ability, ensures the requirements of dye migration in the whole dyeing process, and improves the leveling effect. It has better color modification effect at high dosage.
3. The product has excellent dispersion stability at high temperature and prevents dye condensation in dyeing process.
4. Low bubble.
Application
It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester, especially superfine polyester fabrics and their blended fabrics.
Usage
The dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics at high temperature can be carried out according to conventional process.
Dosage: 0.15-1.0g/L; Bath ratio: 1:10; Dyeing temperature: 125-130℃;
Insulation time: 30-60 min
Solution method: It is suggested that the mixture should be stirred evenly at room temperature with a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 or more.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
