Features and Advantages
1. It can effectively improve the wet rubbing fastness of fabrics such as washing resistance, sweat stain and high temperature blister.
2. It can be used in a wide range of colours, and can obviously improve the colour fastness of printing fabrics and dyeing of reactive dyes such as Cui Lan, bright red, black and brilliant blue.
3. Small color change and good fixation reproducibility.
4. It does not affect the handle and hydrophilicity of dyed fabrics.
5. Free formaldehyde or bound formaldehyde is not contained.
Application
It is suitable for dyeing or printing various cotton products with reactive dyes to improve color fastness, especially for fixing fabrics with high fastness requirements.
Usage
1.Impregnation process:
General dosage 0.2-1.0% (o.w.f); PH 5-7; Temperature 40-60℃; Time 20-30 minutes
2. Dip-rolling process:
General dosage 1-5g/L
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
120KG Plastic Drums or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
