Features and Advantages
1.It has an efficient fluorescence whitening effect with a slight blue-purple light.
2. It is insensitive to light and has stable chemical properties.
3. It can resist weak acid, alkali, hydrogen peroxide and perborate.
Application
It is suitable for one bath whitening of cotton and polyester-cotton blended fabrics and pad dyeing process.
Usage
1. Suction and immersion:
Dosage: 0.1-0.8% (o.w.f); Bath ratio: 1:10-30; Sodium sulfate Powder 10-20g/L; Temperature and Time: 90-100℃ with 30-40 minutes, washing and drying
2. One-bath scouring and oxygen bleaching:
Dosage: 0.2-0.8% (o.w.f); Hydrogen peroxide: 5-15g/L; Stabilizer: 1-5g/L;
NaOH: 2-4g/L; Scouring agent: 0.5-1g/L; Bath ratio: 1:10-30
Temperature and time: 90-100℃ with 30-40 minutes, washing and drying.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
