Features and Advantages
1. Can give the fabric fluffy and plump, with slippery feel effect, good elasticity, dry and non-sticky hand.
2. Excellent compatibility, can be used in the same bath with other cationic or nonionic additives.
3. Low yellowing property, suitable for white/light color fabrics
Application
It is suitable for soft finishing of all kinds of plush fabrics, especially for flannel.
Usage
Dissolution: Ratio: WF-8205N: water = 1:1.5 or so. Dissolve the material in cold water, first put the crude oil, then open the blender, then add 0.1 water, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 parts every half an hour, then get the transparent emulsion, stop stirring, filter out the material.
1. Impregnation method:
Dosage: 1.0-1.5% (o.w.f), impregnated at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, and then dehydrated and drying or setting.
2. Dip-rolling method:
Dosage: 10-15g/L, one-dip-one-rolling(or two-dip-two-rolling) and then drying or setting.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
