Features and Advantages
1.This product is a new kind of fabric softener with self-emulsifying ability. It can give the fabric slippage and stiffness. The finishing fluid has good shear stability and pH stability.
2. It has good compatibility and can be used in the same bath with anti-wrinkle (durable pressing) resin and its catalysts, whitening agents, non-ionic or cationic additives and enzymes.
Application
Suitable for cotton fabrics, Ponte fabrics (T/R.N/R) and other kinds of finishing treatment, can give the fabric smooth, elastic style.
Usage
Dip-rolling process: Dosage: 10-50 g/L, drying or setting at 120-200℃.
Impregnation process: Dosage: 1.0-5.0% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-1:20,
After 15-30 minutes at room temperature, it is dried by dehydration and dried or setting at 120-200 C.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
120KG Plastic Drum or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
