Features and Advantages
1. It has super dyeability and can effectively solve the problem of repairing various defects of polyester and its blended fabrics after dyeing.
2. The colored light remain basically unchanged after repairing.
Application
It is suitable for repairing defects of polyester fibers.
Usage
1. Repairing agent for defects (e.g. colour patterns, colour spots, etc.)
Dosage: 0.5-1.5g/L; Bath ratio 1:10-30; Treatment temperature 120-130℃ Insulation time: 30-60 minutes
2. Used as high temperature leveling agent
Dosage 0.1-0.3g/L; Bath ratio 1:10-30; Dyeing temperature 120-130℃ Insulation time: 30-60 minutes
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
120KG Plastic Drums or other packing on request. Sealed and light-proof storage.
This product is a flammable substance. Open fire should be strictly prohibited in storage and use. In room temperature storage, turbidity may occur. It can be still used after stir uniformly.
