Features and Advantages
1.This product does not contain phosphorus and APEO.
2.In the same bath degreasing dyeing process, the color spots and colors caused by oil agent and oligomer staining can be eliminated, and the processing quality can be improved.
3.It has excellent emulsifying and dispersing ability under neutral, weak acidic and alkaline conditions. It has special effect on dispersing chemical oil agent and other kinds of substances. It can prevent oil agent and other substances from contaminating the dyeing cylinder and cloth surface.
Application
It is suitable for the pretreatment of blended fabrics and warp and weft knitting of polyester fibers or the same bath process of scouring and dyeing.
Usage
1.Degreasing process of polyester embroidery cloth, etc.
WF-4315C: 0.3-1.5g/L.
After adding de-oiling agent, it runs at room temperature for 10 minutes, then rises to 80-100℃, and treats it for 30-60 minutes. Then it is washed by overflow water and discharged from the cylinder.
2.Scouring and dyeing of polyester knitted fabric in one bath degreasing process:WF-4315C: 0.3-1.0g/L, dye: X, temperature 120-130℃, treatment for 30-60 minutes,
then cooling, washing, out of the cylinder.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
