Features and Advantages
This product is a concentrated de-oiling agent. It has special effect on removing oil stains on polyester and its blended fabrics. It also has desizing, scouring and cleaning functions. It has good effect on removing macula and oil stain for light and whitening varieties. Less dosage, the effect is remarkable.
Application
It is suitable for degreasing, desizing, scouring and cleaning of polyester, acrylic and their blended fabrics in J-type vat dyeing or pretreatment for continuous dyeing, and other kinds of fabrics.
Usage
Using for fabric pretreatment
1. J-type vat and other vats: 0.5-1.5g/L
(a) Polyester fabrics with liquid alkali (30%): 3g/L, temperature: 110-130 C, time: 20-35 minutes.
(b) Other fabrics are alkali-free. Temperature: 98-100 C, time: 20-60 min.
2. usage for continuous dyeing: 2-4g/L NaOH: 1-5g/L (selected according to different fabrics) change.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Storage
21KG bags (0.7KG*30 small bags) or other packing on request.
Sealed and light-proof storage.
